Windfall Creek Rec Site (Peace Region)

On behalf of the Four Wheel Drive Association I’m thrilled to announce our newest partnership agreement with Rec Sites and Trails BC!

Windfall Creek Rec Site is located in the Sukunka Valley south of Chetwynd BC, at km 45 of the Sukunka Forest Service Road. It has 3 campsites with tables and fire pits and 1 pit toilet. Windfall Creek and the Sukunka river are both nearby and offer sand and gravel beaches. Numerous old roads in the area make it a popular spot for hunting, 4x4ing, and snowmobiling in winter.

Maintenance runs will be scheduled and posted in the 4WDABC Peace page for anyone who wants to come out and help!

– Leah McQueen, Region 7b (Peace)
