Come on out for a simple maintenance run and camping trip out to one of the Four Wheel Drive Association’s newest rec sites.
Simple maintenance required this trip
-sand and paint picnic tables
-repaint outhouse
-install 2 new fire pits
-repair damaged sign at site entrance
-remove old dock and measure for replacement

I’ll bring smokies and hamburgers as well as drinks for lunch.
Bring your camping gear and 4×4 vehicles, and we’ll go check out some nearby sights while in the neighbourhood.

Meet at the A&W parking lot in Williams Lake at the junction of Hwy 97 and 20 at 5pm Friday, October 3rd, to convoy out, or drive out on your own and meet us out there!

Currently there is a wildfire in the vicinity of the lake, so I will monitor the situation, and if no improvements are made leading up to the event, I will postpone it.
