Public Access…?

The Outdoor Recreation Council of BC, of which the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC is a member, has pursued the question “How do I know if the public has access to this private road or trail to access public lands within or beyond this private land?”.

This document, from the Environmental Law Center at UVIC, is the result of that question and we hope that it helps you answer that question where your access has been lost.
